Our Cloud Based software seamlessly connects to your organisations housing, finance and assets systems allowing you to create multiple two-way conversations with your staff, contractors and tenants across a number of different digital channels.

For example a tenant requesting their current Balance via SMS. They send a text message with the word 'balance'; our software confirms the mobile number and looks up their current Balance and depending if they are in arrears can also prompt them to speak to their Housing Officer or make a payment.

This simple transaction can be completed at any time, helping reduce tenant delinquency rates and staff-hours spent chasing up late payments
